As we get ready for another exciting school year, we'd like to remind families that school bus safety is a team effort. Taking a few minutes to review safe bus stop habits with your child can make a big difference. Please encourage them to arrive at their stop a few minutes early, stay back from the roadway, and follow the driver's instructions.
Parents, guardians, and caregivers play an important role by helping children be ready and on time each day, regularly reviewing safety expectations, and reminding students to stay alert and focused when boarding, riding, exiting, or crossing near the bus.
